You need the Timebase.exe and Splash2.bmp files. Put them in the same 
directory as the DOS version so the data files can be shared.

Put the others in your Windows/System IF THEY DO NOT ALREADY APPEAR THERE 
or if Windows asks for a new version of one of them.

If you do not have VBRUN300.DDL download a copy from one of the forum
libraries and put it in Windows/System. The file is usually called 
VBRUN3.ZIP.
